180216 Mr. Pascal Hubmann Replied

On the 16th of February, 2016, in the afternoon, i checked my mail box and i realized Mr. Pascal had written back to me. The content of the letter stated that:

Hi David

We thank you very much for your application. After an internal consultation we regret to inform you that we cannot offer internships for foreign students at the moment. We are very sorry not to be able to give you a better answer. We wish you a lot of success on your way to your professional career.

180205 Additional Ref. Letter

On the 5th of February, 2018, I collected an additional reference letter from my school's industrial attachment coordinator in addition to PP's reference letter he wrote for me as far as Infra-Tec-Ghana is concerned. I forwarded the one from my school also to Mr. Pascal's mail immediately.

180201 Documents was sent.

On the 1st of February, 2018, I went for the application letter from the school and PP also finished writing the reference letter for me.
I sent all the necessary documents to Mr. Pascal Hubmann's mail. I sent the application given to me by the school, my CV, a certificate and a reference letter so that the process can begin. Here is the application letter given to me by the school and my certificate.

180117 Chatting with Mr. Pascal Hubmann

On the 17th of January, 2018, I had the chance to chat with Mr. Pascal Hubmann the manager of the company and he asked me if I had applied and I told him yes and he said I should send the application through his mail so I did that right away and he replied I should send the application again with my certificate, reference and cv.
I spoke with PP about the reference on yge 19th of the same month and he agreed to write it for me.

170820 Information was given by Auntie Ruth

On the 20 of August, 2017, during chatting period with Auntie Ruth,  she told me she met one Mr. Matthias of the Ara wastewater worker whom we already met when we were in swiss during the holidays. She said Mr. Matthias said he is waiting for mail from us for some internship periods in their company so I asked her for the address and their email and she forwarded it to me and I decided to take this chance to apply for this during my long vacations.
I spoke to my school about this idea and the school gave me letter of which I posted the hardcopy to the company in swiss on the 11th of December,  2017.
